Commissions take between 3 and 9 months usually cost $1,100 to $5,500 for paintings and $400 to $2,000 for drawings depending on size and complexity. 

Commissions are not always available. It depends on my current priorities and the other projects I’m working on. Please be aware I will regularly stop accepting commissions.

The Process

1. Project Meeting: 30 minute call to determine a commission project is a good fit. We’ll discuss why you’re interested in a commission, subject matter, design, size, timeline and budget. 
2. Design Meeting: We’ll review through reference material like photographs and other inspirational media and talk through the aspects of my work that you like and would like to see represented in the final work. 
3. Commission Agreement Signed and 50% paid
4. Painting/Drawing Starts 
5. Work is Presented for Acceptance. You have up to two revisions if you’d like any changes. Once work is accepted the final invoice is due. 
6. Artwork is delivered. Once the final payment is received the artwork is shipped/delivered.
